Первичная плоскоклеточная карцинома поджелудочной железы – редкая агрессивная опухоль экзокринной части поджелудочной железы протокового происхождения с плохим ответом на существующие варианты терапии и высокой летальностью. В статье описаны два собственных наблюдения плоскоклеточной карциномы поджелудочной железы.

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the pancreas is an extremely rare and aggressive subtype of pancreatic cancer of ductal origin. It is associated with a poor prognosis, and there is currently no optimal treatment strategy for it. The article gives literature review and describes two case reports of squamous cell carcinoma of the pancreas.
